- Make sure rice does not get a break while.mixing. Add boiled noodles. carefully mix them with tongs and fork or karchi. Add sauces as per requirements now to adjust the taste. Add vinegar. mix it. Tripe Schezwan Fired Rice is Ready
- Take a pan and let it heat. add 1-2 tsp oil. add 2 red whole chillies. add chopped ginger-garlic. add chopped onion and few chopped cabbage. let it cook for 1 min. add schezwan sauce, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, salt, black pepper powder. Take a bowl and add cornflour. add some water to make a slurry. add the slurry in the pan. mix it well. add water to make gravy. let it cook till.it starts to thicken. add. vinegar. mix it well.
