- Wash,dry,cut and deseed karondas
- Wash,dry andcut into 2 green chillies
- Heatup pan add oil then kalonji and asafoetida
- Add karonda, salt and turmeric powder cover and cook on low flame
- Add green chillies and cook for 5 more mins
- Add all dry masalas and mix nicely
- Switch off flame and let it be covered for sometime
- When cool keep it in an airtight container and enjoy
