  2. In another bowl mix egg yolks vanilla, salt, 4tbs of sugar, oil, flour.Then add milk gradually.
  3. Mix both in one bowl.Then divide the mix into two, and pour in 2 (20 cm) trays coated with butter and flour. Put it in the oven at 150 c for half an hour.
  4. Flip it over and let it cool.
  5. Prepare the cream by mixing 300 g of double cream, 2 tbs Nutella. Then put in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  6. Divide each into two layers. And water each with little milk
  7. Spread cling film in the tray, put the first layer, add cream and nuts, then the second layer….etc. untill you make 3 layers.
  8. Cover it with cling film and put in the fridge for 3-4 hours and for better results for a night.
  9. Prepare chocolate sauce by melting 50 g of dark chocolate with 3 tbs of milk in the microwave. Then add 3 tbs of Nutella and whisk well untill you get the best consistency. You may need to add little bit milk but you have to add gradually and carefully
  10. Take it out of the fridge and flip it over, then pour chocolate sauce over it.
  11. Cut the edges of the cake.
  12. Then cut the cake into small 12 pieces and decorate.
