Instructions to make Instant Bread Samosa:
  1. For filling: - Heat oil in a pan, add spring onions white, green chillies, ginger and saute it for a minute.
  2. Then add chopped veggies and saute it for 1-2 minutes then add soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and mix it will.
  3. Once the veggies start leaving water,add the chopped bread sides and saute for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame.
  4. Add coriander leaves, spring onion and mix it well and let it cool.
  5. For samosa outer shell - - Take a slice of bread and flatten it out with the rolling pin and then apply a very little amount of water on it.
  6. Now start filling the samosa, take a spoon full of stuffing and place in the center and fold it in a triangle shape, then seal the edges. - Repeat this process and do the same with rest.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry samosas on medium flame hot until golden brown from all sides. - Serving hot with tomato ketchup.
