- Wash and chop french beans, carrot, babycorn as shown. Soak cauliflower florets in warm salted water for 5 minutes. Strain. Blanch all above vegetables. Keep aside.
- Chopped cabbage, green capsicum, red & yellow bell peppers, spring onion as shown.
- Heat olive oil in fry pan. Add sesame seeds,as splutter add chopped spring onion, capsicum,bell peppers, cabbage and green chilli. Add salt. Mix and stir-fry for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- Add blanch vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, schezwan chilli garlic sauce and white pepper powder and mix well. Saute for 2 minutes. Off the flame.
- Remove in serving bowl garnish with chopped spring onion greens and sprinkle sesame seeds. Enjoy delicious Veg Stir-fry with your family.
