- Take a all veggies and chana mashed in masher.Take a wok put oil add garlic saute then add onion saute then add ginger and all spices mixed then add tomato puree add some water boil then add mashed veggies mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Take a nonstick pan put butter.
- Then onion and tomato cut in slices.
- Then bhaji ready put paneer cubes mixed.
- Then pav cut in halves and fry in butter for both sides.
- Take a serving plate put bhaji,pav,onion rings,slice of lemon and tomatoes then add butter in bhaji.
