  1. Cut the slices round with a sharp cookie cutter
  2. Apply butter on one side & keep aside
  3. For The Filling
  4. Mix 3/4 grated cabbage & carrots with cream, cheese,sugar, pepper & salt
  5. Keep in fridge to chill for half an hour
  6. With the help of butter knife, spread the mixture evenly on ten rounds of buttered slice
  7. Cover each with the remaining 10 slices & gently press them
  8. For Emoji Topping
  9. For HAIR I have used the remaining grated carrots & cabbages
  10. For LIPS I used pieces of thin tomatoes
  11. For EYES I used colourful gems
  12. For variations, decorate according to your choice of emoji.
  13. Serve cold to get the best taste of the filling with crunchy wafers.
