- Use a fine strainer to strain out all the solids.
- You can refrigerate this concentrated syrup in a glass bottle up to a week.
- When you want to use it mix 1/4th cup of the syrup with 3 parts of sparkling water/soda. Pour it over a few ice cubes in a glass.
- Throw in a lemon wedge and few mint leaves. Serve instantly.
