  4. Now make the small balls from the dough
  5. Roll them and poke them with fork
  6. Fry them on medium flame till it become golden brown.
  7. Once it coll down you can store them for one week.
  8. You can have these mathris with tea, have chole chaat or can be use in any chaats.
