- In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour. Add salt, ajwain and ghee. Mix well. Knead tight dough with enough water.
- Rest for 15 minutes. Then make big balls from it. Roll out thick roti from a ball. With the help of bottle cap (small) cut into shape of kaju as shown in picture. Do cutting in one row then start other row.
- Deep fry in hot oil till golden and crisp on low to medium flame. Meanwhile prepare masala. Mix salt, red chili powder and amchur powder.
