Please don't overcook at this stage as will make it sticky and heavy…just whisk gently to distribute heat…Then place in serving glasses and garnish with the zesty herbs you are using…cover pots/serving cups with cling film and chill in fridge for about an hour or so before serving (or overnight if its better).
