- Get 1 bunch Spinach
- Prepare 1 leaf Nori seaweed
- Take 2 tbsp ●Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
- Get 1 tbsp ● Water

- Take 1/3 tsp Yuzu pepper
Gently reheat fish under a broiler until just heated through. Spoon sauce around fish and top with yuzu zest, if using; serve immediately. - Boil the spinach and cut it into 3 to 4 cm long pieces.
