  1. Prepare 30 cc Yuzu syrup
  2. Make ready 10 cc Beets syrup
  3. Take 200 cc club soda
  4. Prepare Garnish mint, berry, lemon peel etc

  3. (Yuzu/Japanese citrus Syrup) Use same amount of water and sugar, heat it until dissolved in pot. When it cool down, add 20% volume of Yuzu juice in simple syrup.
  4. (Beets syrup) Chop some beets after peeled. Put the beets and some water in pot. Heat it 15min, filter it with draining basket. Put it back to pot and add same amount of sugar, heat it until dissolved.
