Steps to make Orange Yogurt cake:
  1. Slice an orange into 3mm. Add 2 tbsp water and 2 tbsp sugar and microwave it for 7-10 minutes until white part of orange is trancelucent.
  2. Once it cool down, chop it into small pieces. You can use food processor or blender. Mix it with yogurt when you use blender.
  3. Microwave butter for 20-30 seconds to soften (or leave it at room temperature). Start preheating oven at 170℃.

  5. Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl. Mix well.
  6. Place the mixture into bakin tin. Bake in 170 ℃ preheated oven for 40 minutes.
  7. Check with stick, it's done if not wet. You can serve on the day or a night after (it becomes richer).
  8. It's tasty enough without icing but I love this decoration. Cream cheese icing + dry orange slices + pistachio (or green salutana). To make dry orange, slice orange into 3mm and dry them in 90-100℃ oven for 2 hours. For icing, mix 100g cream cheese and 50g icing sugar.
