  5. Add the salt and mix well with the ground rice paste. Add the rajgira flour too and give it a good mix. Keep aside till use.
  6. Add some more water if needed to get a batter of medium thick consistency, smooth enough to make dosas.
  7. Heat a griddle and grease with little oil.
  8. Pour some of the batter on the hot griddle with a ladle and spread immediately and lightly in a circular motion to get a dosa or crepe of medium thickness. These dosas are not made too thin.
  9. Drizzle some homemade ghee over it and cover and cook till the bottom side is cooked well.
  10. Uncover and flip the dosa and cook it well on the other side too.
