  3. Heat nonstick dosa tawa, sprinkle oil and wipe with tissue paper. Take laddle full (big spoon) of adai batter pour in center,spread in circular motion to make semi-thick dosa.(as shown). Sprinkle oil on it. As it turns golden brown and crispy,flip over and cook on other side also similarly. Prepare all onion Adai dosas similarly.
