- Soak the daal for 4 hours.
- Grind the daal in mixer grinder
- Add salt chilli powder and soda mix it properly for 5 minute.
- Take a pan add oil, now make small pakodi in hot oil fry it till golden yellow.
- Now take a pan add oil jeera and hing.
- Add onion, paste saute it.
- Now add tomatoes and all spices in it.Saute for a minute now add curd stir continuously.
- Now add 1 cup water.When it boil add pakodi and boil for 5 minute.
- Mangochi is ready to eat.
