Mixed Daal is a North Indian recipe made with lip-smacking flavors. Garnished with the tempering of ghee, red chili, cumin and asafoetida, this healthy recipe will be adored by all.   1. Mix all lentils wash it and soak in water for 10 min. Then boil it.
  2. Now heat up oil in a pan then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds after it starts crackling add asafetida then add ginger garlic green chilli paste, currey leaves then add onion and saute untill golden brown.
  3. Now add boiled lentils and left over ingredients and mix well add approx 1 glass of water. Daal should be thick.
