Now add the tadka masala and salt and mix it well. Now in a pan scramble the eggs with a little salt and add it to the lentils. Combine the eggs and lentils very well. Then add the kasuri methi and lemon juice and cook them covered for 3- 4 minutes.
  3. Stitch off the flame and add butter. Then serve hot with roti or paratha.
