- Then after divide equal portion and roll the each dough chapati of small size. - - After that, put the one by one colour chapati on the top - - Then rest in the fridge for 5 minutes. - - Then cut a round shape from all sides and make a square shape
- Then cut a thin strip out of a square shaped piece and fill it with potato stuffing and pack it.
- Now crush the boiled tuver lentils with a blender. - Now put it on the gas and add 1/2 cup water in it.
- Then add Prepare dhokali, cucumber, tomatoes, peas, boiled peanuts, carrots, chilli, ginger paste, salt taste, lemon juice, jagerry, molasses, turmeric and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- For talka: - Put the oil in pan, oil is heat add - 5-6 fenugreek seeds - 1 T. Spoon Rye - 1 tsp cumin seeds - 1 dried cayenne pepper - ૧ bey leaf - The badass - A piece of cinnamon - 2 cloves - 3-5 sweet lemon zest - Pinch hinge - Add this in lentils.
