The lentils should be really soft so that you can mash them lightly. finally, serve moong dal vada with coconut chutney or tomato sauce. Rinse the yellow moong dal and urad dal under running water or in a bowl full of water.

- Soak yellow dal for 3-4 hours. Strain water and grind it in the mixy for fine paste
- Now take in a bowl add salt, asafoetida onion and green chilli mix well and add baking soda
- On the other side heat oil in a frying pan at the time of making only add eno it gives good results
- Now pour with hand little mixture in hot oil and fry till golden brown
- Now enjoy with tomato sauce
- If you are using in raita or chat put in hot water as much mangodi you want when soft squeeze water and add in the beaten curd
- Garnish with red chilli and cumin powder by adding salt
- Ifyou are making chat adding sweet chutney, green chutney on it enjoy any of your choice
- In every way it is yummy
Transfer the dals into a deep bowl and pour enough Mix well and your Yellow Moong and Urad Dal Pakoda mixture is ready. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan. This tiny yellow lentil is what's inside whole moong (green lentil).
