- Prepare 250 Gm Bendi
- Make ready 15 Kaju
- Make ready 2 tbs Ajwain
- Take 4 Tomato
- Make ready 1 Onion diced into small pieces
- Take 4 Green Chilli
- Get 1 tbs Red Chilli Powder
- Make ready Salt as per taste
- Make ready 1/2 tbs Garam masala
- Get 1 tbs Ginger Garlic paste
- Get Corriondor leafs and Kaju for Garnish
Steps to make Kaju Bendi Ajwain Masala:
- Take Kaju and tomato into a blender and make it into a thick paste.
- Clean and cut bindhi into medium sized pieces. Take a kadai and put some oil in it and heat it on medium flame. Add bindhi pieces and cook them till they are tender and it doesn't taste raw.
- Take another kadai and add some oil. Heat it on medium flame and add ajwain, ginger garlic paste, diced onions, slit green chillies. Let is turn transparent which takes 4-5 min on medium flames.
- Add Red chilli powder, Salt, Garam masala, add tomato and kaju paste,mix well and let it cook till oil ooze out of it.
- Add some water based on consistency you like. Add cooked bindi into gravy. Let it cook for 3-4 min. And switch off flames and garnish with corriondor leafs and kaju. Enjoy with pulka or plain parata.
