  3. 3)Now add coconut and roast it for a minute,dont let it change colour.
  4. 4)To this add rice and raw mango mixture and mix well.
  5. 5)Keep it covered with lid,on low flame for 5min.We have already added salt to the rice.
  6. 6)Remove the lid,add 1tsf sugar,mix well and again put it on flame for 3-4min.
  7. 7)Turn off the flame,garnish with chopped coriander. Serve hot with pickle and papad.
