  1. Wash and clean Karonda. Now cut it into two halves and remove the seeds as shown in picture
  2. Chop the onion into four parts and keep aside - In a pan take a tablespoon of mustard oil and heat it. Once it is nicely heated and smoky, add mustard seeds and a pinch of hing along with curry leaves
  3. Now add Chopped onions to this and saute it for 2 minutes
  4. Add chopped green chillies and saute it for a minute or two and then add haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt
  5. Now add Karondas to this, mix it well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes
  6. Karonda fry is ready serve it with rice or Roti
