  1. Get 1 kg mangoes raw,
  2. Prepare 50 gm salt,
  3. Prepare 50 gm asafoetida,
  4. Make ready 50 gm salt,
  5. Get 50 gm turmeric
  6. Take 50gm bedekar masala,
  7. Make ready 300 gm mustard oil

Ingredients: The pickle is prepared with raw unripe chopped mangoes, mustard seeds, curry leaves and some spice powders. This pickle also doesn't require any sunlight or much of the cooking process. Make these pickles while raw mangoes are still in season and enjoy it throughout the year. Classic raw mango pickle made with pickling spices like mustard, fenugreek, chilli, turmeric and asafoetida.

Steps to make Raw mango pickle:
  1. Chopped the mangoes to square pieces soak it in 50 GM's salt for 1 hr,then drain the water of salt
  2. To this add turmeric,bedekar masala,salt,asafoetida and mix well
  3. Fill it in sterilized jar to this after one hr add mustard oil 200gm s,again after three hrs add 100 GM's mustard oil
  4. Store it in freeze
