Take a pan pour some oil add dry red chilli cumin seeds,ajwain,hing fennel seeds, mustard seeds curry leaves, coriander seeds,add onion saute it for 5 mins.now add all spices. peanuts and kasuri methi.mix it well in medium flame.add mashed potatoes and Coriander leaves. Mix again in low flame. Let it cool.now filling is ready.
  4. After that take dough make small parts. Now take a rolling board and take little portion of dough roll it like a small roti cut it from middle in two parts fill potato filling and seal it's edges with applying water.
  5. Now take pan for frying samosa.pour oil. When the oil is heated Turn on the gas low flame. Fry samosas on low falme.fry it until it becomes crispy or golden brown.
  6. Now our samosas are ready to eat enjoy it with Your family.
