Steps to make Zimbabwean Buns:

  9. Cover and put back in a warm place and let rise to twice the size. Brush top of buns with milk mixed with melted butter
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25minutes
  11. Heat the 2Tbsp of sugar and water till sugar is dissolved. Brush with hot syrup as soon as the buns come out of the oven to make them shiny
