- Pour 2 cup of milk in a nonstick pan.
- Take 3-4tbsp of milk out of 2 cup of milk in a bowl &add arrowroot flour in it & mix well.keep aside.
- Heat the milk in the pan &When the milk begins to boil,add arrowroot flour paste it,it mix well.
- Allow the milk to simmer at low flem.
- Add sugar,orange zest same of the crushed dry fruits&cadamom mix well.
- Switch of the gas when the milk reduced to half&let the milk cool,down completely.
- In the mean time peel,deseeds &chop the oranges finely keep it aside.
- Once the milk has cooled down,add the chopped oranges in the milk&mix well.
- Place the orange there in the refrigerator.Garnish with rest of the crushed dry fruits&serve chilled.
