Instructions to make Khoshaf receipe:
  1. Wash the dried fruit.
  2. Put them in clean bowel with almond.
  3. Cover the fruit with water at room temperature add more later if needed. I like water in it.
  4. Add saffron and rose water.
  5. Keep it outside for 24hrs in bahrain temperature or until soften or in warm place.
  6. Serve it in small cup or dish with some of water.
  7. Serve it with pastashio as in picture.
