- Take 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Get As needed Oil for Tempering
- Prepare 3-4 whole red chilli
- Get as needed water

- Take a Tadka pan add oil warm it add Curry leaves, whole red chilli mustards seed,asafoetida temper it on cooked sambhar.
- Tasty sambhar is ready to serve with z idi dosa and appe.
Family just loved the freshness of it. But took a longer time to prepare it as compared to preparing with instant sambhar masala. what a yummy sambhar! love to have it with rice and some curd chilies. Ive not heard of keerai sambhar before. nutritious and yummy. The speciality of this sambhar is that it is made with minimal oil and loads of vegetables which enhance its nutritive value. Alternatively, relish this sambhar with steamed rice to make a wholesome meal.
