  5. Put your beans on a serving plate then drizzle the thick coconut sauce.
  6. Garnish with chillies.

Make sure you put enough water. Next day drain out the peas into a colander and wash thoroughly under tap water. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Boil the beans in plenty of water until the beans are soft. Try to add the water slowly so you do not have to drain the water out when the beans are ready.
