Instructions to make Agar agar:
- Take 25 gms agar agar add 2 cups of water and cook till it dissolves.Once it dissolves switch off the stove.
- Take two small bowl and add one drop food Colour in each bowl and pour cooked agar agar equally in both bowls and let it set.
- Now boil milk and add agar agar and cook till it dissolves.Add sugar and vanilla essence and switch off the stove.
- Now cut the agar agar which was kept to set,using food Colour in a bowl place the agar agar pieces and pour the milk based agar agar and keep it fridge to set..
- Once it's done and nicely sets from bowl transfer to a plate and cut into squares and serve chill.
