Steps to make Tricia's Collard Greens:
  1. Remove Collard leaved from stalks and discard stalks
  2. Rinse Collard Greens Well
  3. Chop into 1 inch strips
  4. Place Collards in large pot and cover with water
  5. Bring to a rolling boil
  6. Add salt and apple cider vinegar.
  7. Boil uncovered for approximately 2 hours while keep a check, stirring occasionally, until pot is about 1/3 of the way full of water.
  8. Add Orange Juice.
  9. Continue to boil until no liquid is left in the pot. Be careful not to burn!!
  10. Serve!
