- Reduce liquid by cooking for a few minutes then add the prawns, pepper and stalks. Fry for 1 minute, then add 1 tablespoon of the liquid.
- Add the salt and chilli.
- Cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
- Add the tat soi leaves and along with 1 tablespoon of liquid and fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Check seasoning and serve.
