  7. Next add the corn and peas and fry for 2 minutes. Add 4 tablespoons of the mushroom liquid.
  8. Reduce liquid by cooking for a few minutes then add the prawns, pepper and stalks. Fry for 1 minute, then add 1 tablespoon of the liquid.
  9. Add the salt and chilli.
  10. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  11. Add the tat soi leaves and along with 1 tablespoon of liquid and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  12. Check seasoning and serve.
