'Koshi-an' is one of the most favored of current trending foods in the world. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They are nice and they look wonderful. 'Koshi-an' is something that I have loved my whole life.

Instructions to make 'Koshi-an':
- <Food Processor Method> - Place Azuki Beans in a large saucepan or a pot and cover them with a plenty of water, and cook until the beans are swollen and plump. Darin the water.

- Do not drain all water this time. Save some water and put all beans and water into a food processor or blender and make them into paste. *Warning: It is very hot, you need extra care not to burn yourself.

- <If you are lucky to have Powdered Azuki Beans> - Follow the instruction. Basically cook 150g Powdered Azuki, 400ml Water, 240g Sugar and a pinch of Salt in a saucepan until it gets the texture.
