- To make Spinach and corn filling - Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan ayn add blanched spinach. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add boiled sweetcorns and salt, pepper and seasoning. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame and keep aside.
- Now to make Ravioli, take a small portion of dough and flatten it with a rolling pin. Make it thin like a momo sheet. Make 2 sheets.
- Not on one sheet, add a spoonful of filling and place another sheet on top of it. Cut in a square and seal the sides with the help of fork. Make all Raviolis like this.
- Now heat the steamer for about 10 minutes, brush a steamer plate and keep the raviolis. Steam for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- To make sauce, heat butter in a pan, add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
