- First make coconut mixture with chopped Kaju, kismis, coriander, ginger green chillis and little salt & sugar. Keep aside.
- Soak split urad dal for 2to 3 hours. Then make coarse paste with little water. Transfer the mixture into a bowl add a little salt and mix it well just make fluffy consistency.
- Wet a Muslin cloth place it on the flat backside of the plate pour one tbsp of batter and put little stuffing mixture in the center, fold the cloth press both sides with the cloth and gently put it in hot oil. Deep fry on a medium flame and fry turns golden brown. The rest of batter do the same.
- Soak deep fried vadas immediately in a bowlful of water for 5 to 10 mins. Squeeze and drain out all the excess water. Keep aside. For serving take deep bowl arrange fried squeeze vada pour whisked curd on the vadas and garnish all the chutneys, pomegranate kernels. Chopped coriander and sprinkles red chilli powder and chat masala powder.
