  1. First was vegetables. Heat oil in a kadai. Put methi jeera, whole mirchi. Now put aloo baigan just stir it. Sprinkle hing.
  2. Add haldi powder, Salt & add 1cup water. Cover the lid. After 2 -3 mins open cover stir & add amchoor powder, mirchi powder & sakkar. Mix well. Check whether sabzi soft or not. If required can add little water.
  3. Cover the lid for 1-2 mins. Turn off gas. Serve with roti or paratha.
