Steps to make Peanut poha:
- First, wash the poha in a stainer in running water and keep aside on a bartan so that drain excess water.
- Now, take a kadhai and add oil to heat,add mustard seeds,curry leaves hing and then fry the peanuts.
- Assemble the veggies in plate.now add onion and saute until light brown.then add all veggies and spices.
- When veggies cooked add tomato mix well, then add poha and sugar mix properly for 1-2 minutes. Mix lemon juice. Serve and enjoy colourful poha.
