- Take 100 grams frozen peas
- Prepare 150 grams rice
- Take 3 small boiled potatoes

- Boil the potatoes in salted water.
- Once cooked drain and let them cool down enough for them to be cut.
- Heat the olive oil on a medium heat.
- Add the onion, bay leaf and garlic. fry for 5 minutes or until softly browned
- In a jug dissolve the stock cube in the water. Set aside to be used later.
- Wash and leave the rice in cold water for about 5 minutes then drain.
- Add the peas to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes
- Add the rice and fry for about 5-10 minutes on a medium to low heat. continously stirring because it will stick to the pan.
- Add the stock to the pan and simmer on a low heat for about 15 minutes.
- Check and stir every few minutes. More hot water maybe needed. add as and when it starts to dry.
- Add salt, black pepper, chilli and Vinegar.
- Add the prawns and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and cook for a few minutes.
- Finally add the cheese cook for 2-3 minutes.
