Steps to make Strawberry Cake:
- For sponge: separate egg yolk and egg white then beat egg white with sugar until stiff peaks.(just left 2 tbsp sugar).take egg yolk and add that remaining sugar, add oil and vanilla essence give it a good mix.
- Add egg yolk mixture in egg white and mix it with spatula. Then add. All-purpose flour, baking powder again mix it slightly. Add strawberry puree and mix it.
- Take a cake mould and grease that mould. Pour the batter and bake it on 180°c for 30-35 mins on preheated oven.
- Whipped the cream until you see still peaks are going to be formed then add strawberry puree and mix until stiff peaks.
- In a pan add sugar and strawberry for glaze, just mix it until sugar is dissolve
- For assemble. Divide the cake into 2 then pour sugar syrup on to the cakes. Add whipped ream on the 1 layer then add glaze strawberry put another cake layer. Cover it with the whipped cream(you can use butter knife for spreading).
- Decorate your cake with fresh strawberry. Enjoy your cake.
