  2. In a pressure cooker add chana, turmeric powder and pinch of salt pressure cooked till chana become soft

  4. Now add all the above ingredients mentioned in chole section, add more stock of boiled chana and slightly mashed all the chole.. adjust the consistency and keep a side.
  5. Boiled potatoes.. in a bowl add potatoes, rice flour, chilli flakes and coriander.. combine all the mixture well and keep a side for few minutes.
  6. Now grease your palm with little oil take ball size portion from a aloo mixture and flatten it in a round tikki shape.. made all in same size and shape
  7. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry all the tikkis… make sure it's crisp from both the sides.. fry all
  8. Now assemble the tikki
  9. In a plate take two tikki or more crushed it, place chole over it, now pour curd and green chutney now pour tamarind chutney sprinkle some sev, red chilli and chaat masala.
  10. Serve immediately after assembling..
