  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp amchoor,chopped

  16. Get 1/2 tsp rai

Along with moong dal, a fist ful of raw rice is also soaked. it is then blended with green chillies and fresh ginger. then salt and jeera is added to the batter. Made of par-boiled rice and moong dal, soaked, ground and fermented, these dosas have a deliciously homely flavour and enticing crispness, which It tastes different from regular dosas as it uses moong instead of urad and also has an equal proportion of dal and rice. Remove water and grind it in the mixture. Add water as per need to grind it to prepare the batter, it should not be thick like dosa.

Steps to make Rice and moong daal dosa:
  1. First soak rice and moong daal overnight. soaked 1 ts arhar or methi seeds.
  2. Next day grind all. make a paste. keep it at any warm place for fermentation.
  3. Now take a pan at low flame.add oil, rai curry patta, green chilli, onion.keep stirring.add tomato,all spices.keep stirring add mashed potatoes.
  4. Take the batter.put a tawa at low flame.wipe it wet cloth and spread the batter.Add oil.
  5. Now dosa is ready. yadi aap kuch or nahi banana chahte to aap ise aise hi kha saktein hai chutney ke sath.nahi to sanbhar ke sath serve kar saktein hai.
