- Add red chilli powder,add amchur powder mix it well.
- Now add gram flour,add kasuri methi mix it well.stuffing is ready.now roll the dough into a small roti
- And apply the ghee over the roti and fold well and again apply ghee and again fold well
- Now parcel is ready like this,
- Now again roll the dough in a square shape and now place 1 tsp of filling in the center of the roti.pull out one side edge and paste it over second side.
- Now same process again other side.and now cover all edges.ensuring the filling does not come out.
- Like this,potli is ready.now heat oil in a deep frying kadai on medium flame.
