  2. In the meantime cut capsicum into slices.
  3. Take the boiled potatoes out and let them cool.
  4. Mash the potatoes and let them cool.
  5. Add the masalae to the mash.
  6. Take a nonstick pan.
  7. Add the 1 glass water in it
  8. Put the capsicum slices in it.
  9. Cook on low flame for 8-10min.
  10. Now take the slices out and put the potates mash in betweem the slices.
  11. Take a non stick tawa and apply oil on it.
  12. Put capsicum slices on tawa.and cook for 5min on low flame.
  13. Repeat the step for other side.
  14. Cook till brown layer appear on both sides.
  15. Your tawa capsicum are ready to serve.Happy cooking!!!!
