  1. Add the pasta to boiling water add a little salt and then boil for 10 minutes turn heat down when boiling
  2. After 5 minutes after the pasta has been boiling add the knob of butter to the frying pan heat up add the mushrooms fry for 2 minutes then add the white wine let it bubble for a minute.
  3. Next take off the heat to cool for 2 minutes then back on the heat add the cream stir then add the cream cheese stir all in let it simmer for 2 minutes
  4. Drain the pasta Shells and add them to the mushrooms also the mixed pepper.stir in then add the peppers.
  5. Once all mixed add it to a serving dish and add a little dried parmesan cheese on top.
