  4. Then place a non-stick pan in the gas. Add 2 tsp ghee and add the chhena mixture to it. Stir it continuously in low flame. Add 3 tsp of liquid milk to the mixture. It will form a dough-like structure after 3-4 minutes. Then switch off the flame.
  5. Then divide the mixture equally into two portions. Mix the cocoa powder mixture in one half and stir it in low flame for 1minute.
  6. Place the white portion in the greased container and make a square shape. Then place the cocoa powder mix portion on it. Gently press it. Mix the chopped cashew, almonds and pistachios over the mixture and press it lightly with the help of a back side of a spoon.
  7. Cool it in room temperature then cover it and let it set in the refrigerator for 3 hours at least.
  8. After keeping it out from the refrigerator cut it into squares and enjoy it.
